Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as you know you need to move a session.
Give at least 24 hours’ notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. The amount paid will remain as a credit and may be applied toward a future tutoring session.
Payments and credits
All tutoring session payments are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
Changes made within 24 hours
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited and no credit being issued.
